Silver Star Resources is advancing the Texas Silver Project in Southern Queensland through a disciplined staged restart strategy designed to generate early cash flow while unlocking the long-term potential of a historically proven Australian silver district.
Leveraging existing infrastructure, defined resources and a capital-efficient development pathway, the project is positioned to transition from restart readiness to long-term production.
Defined under the JORC (2012) Code across both surface and underground silver equivalent inventories.
Accessible near surface material that supports early stage processing without underground development.
Combines the defined JORC Resource and Surface Inventory to highlight the project's total silver endowment.
A capital efficient pathway to first production, made possible by existing site infrastructure.
A disciplined, sequenced pathway from restart readiness through to long term hard rock production.
The Texas Silver Base Metal District spans the Twin Hills, Mount Gunyan and Silver Spur deposits across the Granite Belt in Southern Queensland a footprint of historic production, extensive drilling and established infrastructure that few restart opportunities in Australia can match.
The project has moved through several stages of consolidation over time, bringing together a historically significant district under a single, disciplined restart strategy since Silver Star Resources’ acquisition in December 2024.
Rather than a greenfield approach, the Company is executing a staged restart that puts existing assets to work quickly, turning historic surface material into near-term cash flow while the pathway to long-term hard-rock production is carefully sequenced and de-risked.

A century of production and extensive drilling underpin the resource with proven, real-world geological data.
Leverages existing infrastructure to reduce upfront capital requirements.
Designed to generate cash flow through staged surface processing.
Large surrounding exploration permits support future discoveries.
The Texas Silver Project is located in southern Queensland, approximately 10 kilometres east of Texas, a small regional town near the Queensland–New South Wales border. The project is road accessible, roughly four hours from Brisbane and nine hours from Sydney. It covers a historically significant silver district with substantial remaining resources and 73,639 ha of exploration tenure.
A capital-efficient sequence that moves from restart readiness to long-term hard-rock production, unlocking value at every stage rather than waiting for a single outcome.
Site care and maintenance nearing completion, preserving the asset ahead of restart.
Processing of historical tailings and processing ponds remining through the existing infrastructure, generating early cash flow
Slag processing paired with recommenced exploration drilling a high-grade opportunity bridging early operations with long-term production.
Restarting hard-rock mining and transitioning into long-term production, backed by the project's defined JORC resource.
Pyrometallurgical recovery processing to extend value recovery from the district, supported by continued drilling.

Twin Hills Mine officially opens, bringing modern processing facilities and enabling large-scale silver and base metal production across the district
Twin Hills Mine enters peak production, delivering strong silver and base metal output and playing a key role in the local mining economy
Discovery of significant gold deposits near Twin Hills prompts exploration. Mt. Gunyan Mine closes due to economic pressures.
A modern crushing plant is commissioned on site, increasing ore processing efficiency and supporting expanded mining operations
Temporary closure and reopening of Twin Hills Mine due to poor Silver prices. Feasibility study conducted at Mt. Gunyan for potential restart.
Expansion projects commence at Twin Hills, including infrastructure upgrades and new exploration aimed at extending the mine’s operational life
Due to low silver prices Mining operations cease with a focus on exploration initiated at Mt. Gunyan.
